A mitten of interest short and long

I made this mitten very quickly.  It took me, estimating conservatively, two hours or so to complete.  It is very basic, the colors are not fascinating, and it is missing its partner.  However, it is a prototype.

Should I, or should I not, make these in abundance?  This is the question I am unable, as of yet, to answer.  Perhaps, instead of using worsted weight , I can buy bulky yarn to make the construction of these as painless as possible?  Goodness, all the ridiculous possibilities.

What I really should do is finish setting up my loom with my latest dishtowel.  After that, I should furiously weave the dishtowel.  Then, maybe by the end of the day tomorrow, I can finish the dishtowel.

Or maybe I can just sleep this delightfully relaxing weekend away ;)
